Raspberry goji berry sorbet

Recipe-Ingredients
Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker
1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions
100 g Goji berry
400 g raspberry pulp
100 g water
100 g sugar
60 g lucose
10 g lemon juice
Recipe preparation
(1) Boil the water, sugar and glucose, then mix all the ingredients. Then feel into the pacotizing® beaker and allow to cool.
(2) Close the lid and label. Freeze at −20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) When needed pacotize® twice with normal pressure.
