Gazpacho with melon VEGAN

Recipe-Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


200g tomato juice
150g watermelon
150gcucumber
100g red peppers
50g olive oil
40g sherry vinegar
30g shallot
10g ginger


Recipe preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
(1) Pour into a pacotizing® beaker, close the lid and label.
(2) Freeze at −20 °C for at least 24 h.
(3) Pacotize® three times if necessary, allow to thaw, season with salt and pepper.
