Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


200g cucumber
10g spinach leaves
10g shallot
10g Chardonnay Vinegar
30g lemon juice
1g mint
3g salt
1g xanthan


Recipe preparation

(1) Filling the Pacotizing® beaker, dice the cucumber and shallots, mix with the remaining ingredients and pour into a Pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close the Pacossier® beaker with the lid, label and freeze at −20 °C for 24 h.
(3) Pacotize® Pacotize® twice and let thaw.
