Recipe-Ingredients
Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker
1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions
480 g water
200 g sugar
100 g lemon juice
80 g peppermint fresh
50 g lime juice
Recipe preparation
(1) Mix the water, sugar, lemon juice and lime juice until the sugar has dissolved. Mix in the mint and pour into a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close the lid, label and freeze at −20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) Pacotize® once if necessary.
