Marzipan Ice Cream

Recipe-Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


500 g milk
125 g marzipan
100 g sugar
50 g cream


Recipe preparation

(1) Boil the milk and sugar, dissolve the marzipan in it, add the cream and chill for 6 hours. Pour into a pacotizing® beaker, close the lid and label.
(2) Freeze at −20 °C for at least 24 h.
(3) Pacotize® once if necessary.
