Mango Ginger Ice cream

Recipe-Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


400 g mango
6 g ginger
6 g lemon juice
40 g sugar
200 g milk
200 g cream


Recipe preparation

(1) Peel the mango, remove the seeds and cut into cubes. Peel the ginger and cut into slices. Bring the milk, cream and sugar to the boil, allow to cool and then pour into a pacotizing® beaker with the mango and ginger.
(2) Close with lid and label. Freeze at -20 °C for at least 24 h.
(3) When needed pacotize® once with overpressure.
