Recipe-Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


7 g fir tips 
500 g sour cream
50 g cream
150 g sugar
5 g lemon juice


Recipe preparation

(1) Heat the lemon juice and dissolve the sugar in it. Wash the pine needles, mix with the remaining ingredients and pour into pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close with lid and label. Freeze at -20 °C for at least 24 h.
(3) If necessary, pacotize® 2 times with overpressure.
