Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker
1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions
Liquid Wienerbrot:
300 g acid solution
264 g sugar syrup
150 g raspberries
3 g vanilla pod

100 g citric acid

Recipe preparation
Liquid Wienerbrot:(1)Pour all the ingredients from the “Liquid Wienerbrot” into a pacotizing® beaker, the vanilla last.
(2) Close with lid and label. Freeze at -23 °C for at least 48 hours.
(3) When needed, pacotize 10 times at normal pressure.

Tip:
Allow the pacotized® product to liquefy at refrigerator temperature. If necessary, pass through a fine sieve.
