Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker
1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions
| 70 g
  ginger 100 g sugar 50 g lemon juice 500 g water 100 g lemongrass | 
Recipe preparation
| (1) Mix
  the sugar and water until the sugar has dissolved. Roughly chop the lemon
  grass and ginger, mix all the ingredients together and pour into a
  pacotizing® beaker, close the lid and label. (2) Freeze at −20 °C for at least 24 hours. (3) If required, Pacotize®once pour into a glass, mix with water or pineapple juice. |
