Potato semolina polenta

Recipe-Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


200g potatoes
100g durum wheat semolina
400g milk
100g protein
4g salt
1g nutmeg


Recipe preparation

(1) Potatoes must be Mealy Boiling Potatoes and will be pre-cooked. Mix all the ingredients together in the pacotizing beaker.
(2) Label and freeze at −20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) If necessary, Pacotize® twice. Fill into molds and bake in the oven at 150 °C for 20-25 minutes.
