Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker
1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions
300 g
milk 3,5% fat 125 g flour 100 g eggs 50 g butter 3 g salt |
Recipe preparation
(1) Stir all the ingredients together. Pour into a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close the lid and label.
Freeze at −20 °C for at least 24h.
(3) When needed pacotize® twice, stir until smooth and bake in a coated pan.
