1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


500 g cream cheese 
100 g wild garlic
0.5 g lemon zest


Recipe preparation

(1) Fill the wild garlic into a pacotizing® beaker. 
(2) Process 2 times with the 2-blade cutter without overpressure.
(3) Season the fresh garlic with salt, pepper, piment d`Espelette and lemon zest and process with the 2-blade cutter 1 time with overpressure.
