Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


50g sugar
20g egg yolk
20g cocoa powder
20g flour
120 g egg white


Recipe preparation

(1) Mix all ingredients together.
(2) Strike with the whipping disc with overpressure with 3 repetitions.
(3) Pour into a paper cup and microwave for approx. 28 seconds.
