Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


350 g cream
150 g fruit or fruit puree
80 g powdered sugar


Recipe preparation

(1) Mix the cream and icing sugar together and pour into a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Add the diced fruit or the fruit puree.
(3) Beat twice with the whipping disc.
