Cilantro lime dip

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


200 g half cream
100 g coriander
10 g lime juice
2 g lime zest 
3 g chili pepper
0.5 g piment d'espelette


Recipe preparation

(1) Finely chop the coriander and chili pepper and fill a pacotizing® beaker with the half cream.
(2) Whip 2 times with the whipping disk.
(3) Add remaining ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper.


TIP: The cilantro lime dip goes great with the tuna salsiccia.
