Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker
1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions
300 g carrots
2 g salt
50 g apple vinegar
10 g olive oil
5 g poppy seed oil
10 g poppy seeds
Recipe preparation
(1) Cut the carrots into small pieces and put them in a pacotizing® beaker. Add the salt, vinegar, oils and poppy seeds.
(2) Chop once with the Coupe Set knife.
