Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


300g carrots
2g salt
50g apple vinegar
10g olive oil
5g poppy seed oil
10g poppy seeds


Recipe preparation

(1) Cut the carrots into small pieces and put them in a Pacossier® beaker. Add the salt, vinegar, oils and poppy seeds.
(2) Chop once with the Coupe Set knife.
