Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


150 g raw beetroot
15 g raspberry vinegar
10 g honey
1 g salt
1 g pepper


Recipe preparation

(1) Peel the beetroot and cut into pieces and process once with the Coupe Set knife.
(2) Then mix with the remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper.
