Recipe-Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions

450g water
200g ginger
130g sugar
7g Agar-Agar


Recipe preparation

(1) Boil the ginger with water and sugar, allow to cool and pour into a pacotizing® beaker. Close the pacotizing® beaker with the lid.
(2) Label it and freeze at −20 °C for at least 24 h.
(3) If necessary, Pacotize® twice..
Mix with agar-agar, bring to the boil and simmer for 3 minutes. Allow to cool, mix and pour into a squeeze bottle and refrigerate.
