Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker
1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions
350g
chives 150g rapeseed oil 10g salt |
Recipe preparation

Blanch the chives in salted water and shock in ice water. Take the chives out
of the water, press them out, chop them roughly and mix them with the other
ingredients. Pour into a pacotizing@ beaker, close the lid and label. (2) Freeze at −20 °C for at least 24 hours. (3) Pacotize ® once if needed. |
