Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


200g chervil
100g olive oil
12g salt
300g neutral oil (sunflower oil or grape seed oil)


Recipe preparation

(1) Roughly chop the chervil and pour into a Pacossier® beaker with the other ingredients.
(2) Close with lid and label. Freeze at -20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) Pacotise®, defrost and wait until the water and chervil puree separate from the oil.
(4) Skim off the oil.
