Balsamic honey vinaigrette with asparagus

Recipe-Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


180 g olive oil
100 g asparagus
100 g honey
100 g balsamic vinegar white
45 g hemp oil
5 g salt
1 g pepper


Recipe preparation

(1) Pour all the ingredients into a pacotizing® beaker and chop once with the coupe set knife.
(2) Then smooth out, close the pacotizing® beaker with the lid and deep-freeze at −20 °C for 24 h.
(3) When needed pacotize® twice.

Tip: The balsamic honey vinaigrette goes very well with asparagus or strawberry salad. It can also be served frozen.
