Apple wasabi gel

Recipe-Ingredients
Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker
1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions
200 g green apples
400 g apple juice
6 g agar-agar
20 g sugar
5 g white balsamic vinegar
10 g wasabi
Recipe preparation
(1) Cut the apples into pieces and place in a pacotizing® beaker. Mix the remaining ingredients and bring to the boil. Add to the apple pieces in a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close with lid and label. Freeze at -20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) When needed, pacotize® 4 times at overpressure.
