Apple wasabi gel

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


200g green apples
400g apple juice
6g agar-agar
20g sugar
5g white balsamic vinegar
10g wasabi


Recipe preparation

(1) Cut the apples into pieces and place in a Pacossier® beaker. Mix the remaining ingredients and bring to the boil. Add to the apple pieces in the Pacossier® beaker.
(2) Close with lid and label. Freeze at -20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) Pacossier® as required.
