Herb walnut cream cheese

Recipe-Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


400 g cream cheese
100 g feta
80 g olive oil
50 g walnuts
10 g parsley
5 g salt
1 g pepper


Recipe preparation

(1) Mix all ingredients and place in a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close the lid, label and freeze at −20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) When needed pacotize®  once and serve or vacuum pack in glasses.
Shelf life at 3°C ​​in jar under vacuum: 2-3 weeks.
