Recipe-Ingredients
Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker
1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions
500 g
quark at least 20% fat i. Tr. 100 g walnuts 100 g hazelnuts 10 g thyme 10 g parsley 5 g salt |
Recipe preparation
(1) Roughly chop the nuts. Mix the quark with the remaining ingredients until smooth, then mix with the nuts and season to taste. Pour into a pacotizing® beaker, close the lid and label.
(2) Freeze at −20 °C for at least 24 h.
(3) When needed, pacotize® twice with overpressure.
