Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


100 g Fresh herbs mixture
5 g garlic
2 g lemon zest
500 g butter
2 g salt
0.5 g pepper


Recipe preparation

(1) Mix the herbs, garlic and lemon zest and pour it in a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Process once with the coupe set knife with normal pressure and add butter, salt and pepper and process one more with the coupe set knife with overpressure.
