Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


250g blanched carrot greens
250g parsley roots cooked
100g blanched peas
100g cream
50g cashew nuts
6g salt
1g nutmeg
1g pepper
10g coarse mustard


Recipe preparation

(1) Roughly chop the carrot greens and parsley roots. Mix with the other ingredients and pour into a Pacossier® beaker.
(2) Close with lid and label. Freeze at -20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) Pacotise® as required.
