Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


950 g whole aubergine
100 g hard bread
5 g garlic cloves
50 g pomegranate syrup
100 g tahini
20 g water
1 g cumin
7 g salt
0.2 g pepper


Recipe preparation

(1) Grill the whole aubergines and then peel off the skin. Mix the aubergine with the remaining ingredients and fill into a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close with lid and label. Freeze at -20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) When needed, pacotize® twice at normal pressure and defrost.
