Recipe-Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


450g water
120g sugar
45g cocoa
120g dark chocolate


Recipe preparation

(1) Boil the water and sugar, pour over the chocolate, leave to stand briefly and dissolve. Mix in the cocoa. Pour into a Pacotizing® beaker, close the lid and label.
(2) Freeze at −20 °C for at least 24 h.
(3) Pacotize® two times if necessary.
