Recipe-Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


300 g peppers grilled pickled
20 g onion
20 g olive oil 
100 g cashew nuts 
150 g coconut milk 
5 g salt 
1 g pimenton de la vera doux


Recipe preparation

(1) Peel the onions, cut into small pieces and lightly sauté in a pan. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close with lid and label. Freeze at −20 °C for at least 24 h. 
(3) When needed pacotize® twice with overpressure.
