Lime Ganache

Recipe-Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


100 g limes (whole, diced)
100 g milk 
300 g white chocolate
300 g cream
60 g powdered sugar


Recipe preparation

(1) Bring the milk and sugar to the boil once and pour over the chocolate, allow to steep briefly and add the limes, mix together and allow to cool. Stir in the cream and pour into a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close with lid and label. Freeze at -20 °C for at least 24 h. 
(3) When needed pacotize® 3 times.
