Lavender Ganache 

Recipe-Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


400 g white chocolate
100 g milk
150 g cream
120 g raspberry
1 g lavender flowers


Recipe preparation

(1) Place chocolate in a bowl, bring milk and cream with the lavender flowers to the boil, pour milk/cream over the chocolate, let stand for 5 min, stir and pour into Pacotizing® beaker.close the lid and label.
(2) Close the lid, label and Freeze at −20 °C for at least 24 hours. 
(3) When needed pacotize® 3 times and use e.g. as filling for macarons.
