Goji berry sorbet vegan

Recipe-Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


100 g goji berry
100 g cranberries
500 g water
50 g sugar
60 g glucose
5 g apple cider vinegar


Recipe preparation

(1) Boil water with sugar and glucose, allow to cool and mix with the remaining ingredients. Pour into a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close with lid and label. Freeze at -20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) When needed, pacotize® once at normal pressure.
