Recipe-Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


300g water
100g sugar
5g lemon juice
330g Black currants


Recipe preparation

(1) Mix the water and sugar until the sugar is dissolved. Mix and strain the blackcurrants. Mix all the ingredients together and pour into a Pacotizing® beaker, close the lid and label.
(2) Freeze at −20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) Pacotize®once if necessary.
