Cashew vanilla strawberry ice cream VEGAN

Recipe-Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


200 g strawberry
300 g water
100 g agave syrup
5 g vanilla bean
100 g cashew


Recipe preparation

(1) Cut open the vanilla beans and scrape out the seeds. Mix the vanilla pulp with the remaining ingredients and pour into a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close the lid, label and freeze at −20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) Pacotize® once if necessary.
