Recipe-Ingredients
Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker
1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions
5 g vanilla bean
200 g cashew nut
400 g water
50 g agave syrup
Recipe preparation
(1) Cut open the vanilla beans and scrape out the seeds. Mix the vanilla pulp with the remaining ingredients and pour into a pacotizing® beaker.(2) Close the lid, label and freeze at −20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) Pacotize® twice if necessary.
