Avocado coconut ice cream

Recipe-Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


275 g avocado
500 g coconut milk
125 g sugar
5 g glucose
4 g coriander
50 g lime juice


Recipe preparation

(1) Cut the avocado into cubes. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close with lid and label. Freeze at -20 °C for at least 24 h.
(3) When needed, pacotize® twice with overpressure.
