Recipe-Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


200g dried soybeans
400g water


Recipe preparation

(1) Soak the soya beans in water overnight. Drain the water and place in a pacotizing® beaker with 400g of water and close the lid.
(2) Label and freeze at -20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) If necessary, pacotize® twice and bring to the boil with 10 times the amount of water for ten minutes, stirring constantly. (Can be kept in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks).
