Recipe-Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


300 g water
400 g cashew


Recipe preparation

(1) Pour all ingredients into a pacotizing® beaker, close the lid
(2) Label and freeze at −20 °C for at least 24 h.
(3) If required, Pacotize® once and bring to the boil with 200 ml of water for ten minutes, stirring constantly. (Shelf life in the fridge for up to 4 weeks).

*If you want to make the milk alternative barista suitable, you may have to add some fat (e. g. sunflower or rapeseed oil) to foam better and add 2g xanthan gum per cup to improve binding.
