Lentil burger VEGAN
Recipe-Ingredients
Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker
1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions
250g
dried lentils 30g almonds 50g olive oil 20g dried tomatoes 7g salt 250g water |
Recipe preparation
(1) Mix all ingredients and pour into a pacotizing® beaker, close the lid and label.
(2) Freeze at −20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) If necessary, Pacotize® twice with overpressure.
To give the burger patty a nice shape, it is best to fry it using a greased metal ring.
Tip: Red cabbage, cucumber and baby spinach are good garnishes
