Lentil burger vegan

Recipe-Ingredients
Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker
1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions
250 g
dried lentils 30 g almonds 50 g olive oil 20 g dried tomatoes 7 g salt 250 g water |
Recipe preparation
(1) Mix all ingredients and pour into a pacotizing® beaker, close the lid and label.
(2) Freeze at −20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) When needed, pacotize® twice with overpressure and fry using a greased metal ring to give the burger patty a nice shape.
Tip: Red cabbage, cucumber and baby spinach are good garnishes
