Recipe-Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


200 g cashew
30 g tapioca starch
20 g olive oil
10 g lemon juice
10 g salt
100 g bread truck
5 g yeast flakes
6 g Agar-Agar


Recipe preparation

(1) Mix all ingredients and pour into a pacotizing® beaker, close the lid and label.
(2) Freeze at −20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) When needed pacotize® once with overpressure. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and bring to the boil while stirring constantly. Then pour into a foil-lined mold and chill.
