Recipe-Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


200g cashew
30g tapioca starch
20g olive oil
10g lemon juice
10g salt
100g bread truck
5g yeast flakes
6g Agar-Agar


Recipe preparation

(1) Mix all ingredients and pour into a pacotizing® beaker, close the lid and label.
(2) Freeze at −20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) Pacotize® 1x with positive pressure if necessary.
(4) Pour the mixture into a saucepan and bring to the boil while stirring constantly. Then pour into a foil-lined mold and chill.
