Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker
1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions
250 g
olive oil 200 g flat parsley 50 g shallot 15 g garlic 10 g thyme 10 g oregano 7 g salt 6 g Chili 2 g bay leaf dried 1 g pepper |
Recipe preparation
(1) Peel
shallots and garlic and cut into pieces. Pour all ingredients except olive
oil into a pacotizing® beaker and process 4 times with the Coupe Set knife with normal pressure. (2) Then mix with the olive oil and pour into the desired container. |
