Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker
1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions
500 g
peas 250 g vegetable stock 7 g salt 2 gXanthan Gum |
Recipe preparation
(1) Mix all ingredients together and pour into a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close the lid, label and freeze at −20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) When needed pacotize® once. Mix the contents of the pacotize® beaker with 1.5 l of water or vegetable stock and boil once. Season with salt.
