Bell Pepper Walnut Creme


Recipe-Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


400 g red bell bell pepper 
100 g walnut kernels  
3 g garlic  
3 g chili pepper  
40 g pomegranate syrup  
10 g cumin  
2 g thyme  
50 g lemon juice  
100 g olive oil  
10 g salt  
50 g breadcrumbs


Recipe preparation

(1) Remove the seeds from the peppers and lightly grill them. Toast the walnut kernels in a pan. Dice the peppers, mix with the remaining ingredients and pour into a pacotizing® beaker. 
(2) Close the lid, label and freeze at −20 °C for at least 24 hours. 
(3) When needed, pacotize® 4 times.
