Matcha Ice Cream

Recipe-Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


280 g cream
180 g milk
90 g sugar
60 g egg yolk
30 g white chocolate
8 g Matcha
5 g vanilla bean


Recipe preparation

(1) Boil the cream and milk, mix and stir in the egg yolk and sugar, heat to 82 °C. Add the matcha powder, white chocolate and 2 vanilla pods and stir until the chocolate has melted.Pour into a pacotizing® beaker, close the lid and label.
(2) Freeze at −20 °C for at least 24 h.
(3) Pacotize®once if necessary.
