Recipe-Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


250 g carrot
250 g apple juice (no added sugar)
50 g sugar
4 g cilantro
1 g salt


Recipe preparation

(1) Pour all the ingredients into a pacotizing® beaker and process once with the 4-blade knife. Smooth out, close the pacotizing® beaker with the lid.
(2) Label and freeze at −20 °C for 24 h.
(3) Pacotize® once if necessary.
