Basil Sour Cream Ice Cream

Recipe-Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


500 g sour cream
100 g powdered sugar
60 g lemon juice
20 g basil fresh


Recipe preparation

(1)Mix the sour cream, sugar and lemon juice and pour into a pacotizing® beaker and add the basil including the stems.
(2) Close the lid, label and freeze at −20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) When needed pacotize® twice with normal pressure.
