Vanilla Panna Cotta Vegan

Recipe-Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


500 g Almond drink
50 g Sugar
30 g Vegan gelatine
2 g Vanilla pulp


Recipe preparation

(1) Bring all ingredients together to a boil once, cool slightly and pour into a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close with lid and label. Freeze at -20 °C for at least 24 h. 
(3) If necessary, pacotize®once. 
(4) Heat once, pour into a dish and cool down.
