Vanilla panna cotta vegan

Recipe-Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


500 g almonddrink
50 g sugar
30 g vegan gelatine
2 g vanilla pulp


Recipe preparation

(1) Bring all ingredients together to a boil once, cool slightly and pour into a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close with lid and label. Freeze at -20 °C for at least 24 h. 
(3) When needed, pacotize® once and heat once, pour into a dish and cool down.
