Salty almond sponge

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions

400 g egg white
40 g almonds
80 g flour
5 g baking powder
10 g sugar
1 g salt

Recipe preparation

(1) Mix all ingredients well and pour into a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Close with lid and label. Freeze at -20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) Pacotize® as required, pour into a paper cup and cook in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.
