Salty almond sponge

Recipe-Ingredients

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


400g egg white
40g salted almonds
80g flour
5g baking powder
10g sugar
1g salt


Recipe preparation

(1) Mix all ingredients well and pour into a Pacossier® beaker.
(2) Close with lid and label. Freeze at -20 °C for at least 24 hours.
(3) Pacotise® as required, pour into a paper cup and cook in the microwave for 1-2 minutes.
