Roasted onion butter

Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


120 g shallots 
60    g flour 
2      g smoked paprika powder 
2      g salt 
250 g butter


Recipe preparation

(1) Peel the shallots and slice them evenly. Mix flour with smoked paprika powder and a little salt. Now turn the onion rings in flour, heat the oil and fry the shallots in it. Let the onion rings cool on a kitchen towel.
(2) Put the diced butter, salt and a little smoked paprika powder with the cold, crisp fried onions in a pacotizing cup and whip twice with the whipping disk.

Tip: Set a few roasted onions aside, use them for decoration or fold them whole into the whipped butter.
