Ingredients for 1 pacotizing® beaker

1 pacotizing® beaker = 10 portions


120g honey
100g butter
100g flour
120g protein


Recipe preparation

(1) Pour all ingredients into a pacotizing® beaker.
(2) Mix with the 4-blade cutter of the Pacojet Coupe Set with 3 repetitions.
(3) Spread the mixture into the honeycomb template and bake in a preheated oven at 160 °C for approx. 6 minutes.
Tip: For a nice golden colour, take the tuiles out of the mold and bake a little longer.
